Service Agreement
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between Scoop & Boogie ("Company") and the customer ("Client") listed below. By scheduling or receiving services, Client agrees to the following terms.
1. Services
Scoop & Boogie provides pet waste removal and lawn care services on a recurring schedule as selected by the Client. Services are performed by Company employees and are subject to the conditions outlined in this Agreement.
2. Property Access
Client agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to the service area on scheduled service days. This includes:
Ensuring gate codes, keys, or access instructions are current and on file
Securing pets inside the home or in a separate area during service
Keeping the service area free of hazards that could prevent or delay service
If access is blocked and service cannot be completed, the visit will be marked as a missed service due to access issues. Full billing still applies.
3. Billing & Payment
Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Client authorizes Scoop & Boogie to charge the payment method on file at the beginning of each service period. Pricing is as follows:
Weekly pet waste removal: $80/month
Biweekly pet waste removal: $55/month
Lawn mowing add-on: $40/mow (billed per visit)
Rates are subject to change with 14 days written notice to the Client.
4. Cancellation Policy
Client may cancel services at any time with 7 days written notice via email or text. Services and billing continue through the notice period. No refunds are issued for services already rendered or for the current billing cycle at time of cancellation.
5. Missed or Skipped Services
If Client requests a service skip, at least 48 hours advance notice is required. Skipped services are not refunded or credited toward future months. Services missed due to severe weather at Company's discretion will be rescheduled at no additional charge when possible.
6. Pet & Animal Safety
Client is solely responsible for the behavior and containment of their pets. Client agrees to ensure pets are secured and pose no risk to Company employees during service visits. In the event of a dog bite or animal-related injury to a Company employee, Client assumes full liability for all resulting medical costs and damages.
7. Property Damage
Scoop & Boogie employees take care when working on Client property. However, Company is not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear. In the event of accidental damage caused directly by a Company employee, Client must report the issue within 48 hours of the service visit. Company will make reasonable efforts to address valid claims.
For lawn mowing services: Company is not liable for damage to buried irrigation lines, unmarked obstacles, or items left in the service area (toys, hoses, decorations, etc.). Client is responsible for clearing the lawn prior to mow visits.
8. Limitation of Liability
Scoop & Boogie's total liability for any claim related to services under this Agreement shall not exceed the value of one month of services billed to Client. Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to Agreement
Scoop & Boogie may update this Agreement at any time with 14 days notice to the Client via email. Continued receipt of services after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the county where services are performed.
